Bump & Newborn

Newborn and Bump Session Information

Janine’s studio can offer a great space to capture your growing bump, normally these sittings are done around 34-36 weeks. Janine has a range of outfits and materials for you to wear, if you want to bring an outfit thats great as long as your comfortable. Janine will work with you and listen to your needs and work to create an image you are proud of. Janine will only photograph you in the most flattering way showing your true beauty.

All you need to bring is black and white underwear. Partners are very welcome. As a specialist newborn photographer Janine has trained in the safety of posing newborn babies to ensure they are safe and comfortable throughout the whole process. Janine gives each client a relaxed, unique experience. Having had 4 babies Janine knows all to well that every child is different so changes and adapts to the situation.

When to book your newborn shot?

We never know when these little gems want to show up, so Janine can pencil in your due date and once your baby has arrived we can book you in. Janine will have a space for you within 16 days of birth. If your not up to a sitting straight away that's absolutely fine. As the baby gets older the poses change. So if you really want the early newborn poses they need to be done before 16 days old or after that we will change the posses to suit the age and mood of your baby.

How Long is the session?

On average 1-3 hours. The length of session time allows plenty of time for feeding, changing, settling and plenty of cuddles

Where is the Sitting?

Newborn sessions are held at my studio in Biggleswade Bedforshire. The studio is designed specifically with your baby photography session in mind and has everything to hand that we will need. The studio is on the 1st floor so Janine will help you on arrival.

After your session

Janine will select the best images for you to view, approximately 1 week from the day of your shoot.
